NexDepot currently delivers within Dubai only. We are actively expanding our logistics network and will announce additional Emirates as they become available.
Delivery timeframes are confirmed individually for each order by our team. After placing your order, we will contact you by phone to agree on a suitable delivery date and time window.
Our team will reach out after order confirmation to coordinate delivery details, including date, time, and site access requirements. Please ensure a responsible person is available at the delivery address to receive the goods.
Delivery fees are calculated based on order size, weight, and delivery location within Dubai. The applicable fee will be displayed at checkout before payment is made.
If a delivery attempt fails due to no one being available at the site or incorrect address details, we will contact you to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
