Returns & Cancellation Policy

Returns

NexDepot accepts returns only in the following cases:

  • The item delivered is visibly damaged or defective
  • The wrong product was delivered (does not match the order)

Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team at info@nexdepot.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.

Items that have been used, installed, cut, or modified are not eligible for return.

All other sales are final. We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications and quantities before placing your order. Our team is available to assist with any pre-purchase questions.

Return Process

Once a return is approved by our team:

  • Our logistics team will arrange collection of the item at no cost to you
  • Replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched for delivery. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@nexdepot.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.

Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the Returns policy above applies upon delivery.
