NexDepot accepts returns only in the following cases:
Returns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our team at info@nexdepot.com or via WhatsApp. Please include your order number and photos of the issue.
Items that have been used, installed, cut, or modified are not eligible for return.
All other sales are final. We strongly recommend reviewing product specifications and quantities before placing your order. Our team is available to assist with any pre-purchase questions.
Once a return is approved by our team:
Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched for delivery. To cancel, contact us as soon as possible at info@nexdepot.com or via WhatsApp with your order number.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, the Returns policy above applies upon delivery.
