NexDepot is a B2B e-commerce platform for construction materials, operating in Dubai, UAE. We supply contractors, subcontractors, and business buyers with certified building materials.
To place an order, you must register an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Business accounts require submission of valid company documents (trade licence and VAT/tax certificate).
All prices are listed in UAE Dirhams (AED) and are subject to change without notice. Prices at the time of order confirmation are binding. NexDepot reserves the right to cancel an order if a pricing error is identified.
We accept the following payment methods:
Payment must be completed before goods are dispatched, unless otherwise agreed with our team.
Delivery is available within Dubai. Timeframes and fees are outlined in our Delivery Policy. NexDepot is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect address information or site inaccessibility.
Returns are accepted only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 48 hours of delivery. All other sales are final. Full details are in our Returns & Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy.
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, NexDepot does not guarantee that all information is error-free. If you have questions about a specific product, contact us before ordering.
NexDepot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our platform or products, beyond the value of the order in question.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
